3rd world's peoples

The peoples of the 3rd world are illiterate.They have no knowledge,culture & proparty.They are very poor.For this they're religious minded.They have no better idea about life.They think's that the God makes their fortune.They pray to god for their better life.But their fortune do not change.They remain poor.Then they become more dependent on God.As a result,their condition go to more & more worse.
